Lex-Eye Services Private Limited is a full fledged service oriented Company at Pune. The firm is poised for growth and expansion for its operation in Mumbai. Our objective is that the Trustees and Directors of Public/Private Charitable Trust, NGOs, charitable Societies, and Companies should utilize their maximum time towards fulfilment of objectives of the Trust/Company while the responsibility of ensuring legislative and mandatory nature of compliances are entrusted to professionals dedicated for such work such as Lex-Eye Services, which provides one-stop solutions for compliances under trust laws, corporate laws, taxation laws, C.S.R., R.T.I. etc.
We are a team of experienced Lawyers, Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries and legal draftsmen. Our dedicated team provides expert support and guidance in areas of Maharashtra (Bombay) Public Trust Act of 1950, Societies Registration Act of 1860, Companies Act 2013, Indian Trust Act, AICTE Act of 1957, the Income Tax Act 1961, Finance Act, the R.T.I. Act 2005. Services offered range from activities like ensuring statutory compliance, record maintenance, audit and inspection, filing of returns, help or obtaining necessary certificate & mainly overall guidance & support for all compliances under applicable laws, etc.
The Company is evolved with the idea of providing one stop solution for public trusts and charitable institution, charitable hospitals, educational institutions (KG to PG), N.G.O.s, and charitable companies, depending upon their requirements by law.
Our Mission
Lex Eye Services Pvt. Ltd. is established with an object of:
- Making the trustees/ directors/ managers & concerned respective officers legally aware of the requisite laws and mandatory requirements under the same, and help them to maintain a legal & transparent management.
- Enhancing the knowledge of mandatory requirements to the trustees
- Helping the trusts and trustees to achieve their objects by (a) efficient management, (b) guidance on the legal and administrative issues required to be tackled effectively while working, (c) protect the trustees from the civil and/or criminal consequences of breach or non-compliances of mandatory requirements or default of mandatory requirements.
- Evolving a system of up-to-date legal compliances for the trusts and charitable organisations with respect to trust laws, tax laws, and other laws, and keep the trustees away from the hanging sword of legal objections
- Help the organisation in running systems of compliances effectively by accepting A.M.C.s of tailormade responsibilities under the same.
- Providing the information bank of the latest amendments to the trust laws, applicable taxation laws, and also the latest decided rulings of the High Courts and the Supreme Court of India relating to the same, and to guide the trustees effectively on legal issues with the help of the same.
