Asmita Wadekar is sharing this responsibility for the last 15 years. She had completed her Master’s Degree in Commerce from BMCC and she also holds Master’s Degree in computer application. Her leadership quality to encourage people for doing something inspirational has contributed a lot for the growth of the Company. She has always been the backbone of the Company which has given the Company the immense strength to grow into what the Company is today.

C.S. Girish Paralikar is the consulting director of our company. He is a science graduate and also has a bachelor’s degree in law. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has an extensive specialised experience in the field of Company law, IPO, listing of securities, mergers-demergers, Labour laws, Takeover and Insider Trade code, I.P. Management, share transfer agency, Rights Issue etc. He advises various small and medium corporates. He has a rich experience of more than 15 years, which includes more than 2 years’ experience with United Western Bank and more than 8 years of experience with the listed companies. He is currently working as a Practicing Company Secretary. He always has a dynamic and innovative approach towards specific problems. He is a pillar of strength in the company, providing valuable guidance & expertise towards the growth of the company.

Parimal has completed his graduation in 2007 and post graduation in 2009. He has been working in the field of accountancy and taxation since 2007 as part of professional training of Chartered Accountancy course. He has worked with one of the well-known auditing firm for 3 years as Article Assistant from 2007 to 2010.
Since then he has started his own company that offers expert guidance in the field of Accounting and taxation. The company works with hub wherein clients can avail services of professional Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries for their audits, statutory compliance, return filing and project financing under one roof. He has now gained an experience of about since 2011 working in this field and is proficient with the compliance procedures.
He has been associated with Lexeye Pvt Ltd from January 2016 wherein he provides guidance related to routine budgeting, accounting, taxation compliance, return filing and project finance. With him Lex-eye has developed tailor made practices to be followed by charitable trust. He regularly conducts seminars for the trustees. He is authorized to audit trust accounts by the office of the charity commissioner of Maharashtra.

Adv. Ashwini has pursued her LLB in the year 2005 and is now associated with Lex Eye Services as Senior Associate for more than six years. She has gained a very sound experience to help and guide the Trusts which are non complaint Trusts for many years. The strategy and acumen shown by her has been appreciated by our many clients who could gain the status of complaint Trust with the able working of Ashwini and Lex Eye Services.

Adv. Ankita has completed her CS Intermediate and has been practicing as an Advocate in various fields of Law since last more than five years. She is associated with Lex Eye as Sr. Associate and with her expertise in secretarial services, is looking after the work of due diligence and compliances relating to the NGOs and NPOs. She has gained experience in project proposals and project writing particularly required for CSR funding and is presently working on CSR Portal to provide the relevant facilities to our clients.

Adv. Neha Wadekar has completed her graduation in Law from ILS Law College, Pune and thereafter completed her LLM in Commercial Laws from Queen Merry University, London with Distinction. Presently Adv. Neha Wadekar is practising in High Court, Bombay and in addition to working in the Charity field at the office of Charity Commissioner, Mumbai. She is a Senior Associate of Lex Eye Services Pvt. Ltd. And keenly and actively involved as a faculty in various workshops on Trust Laws and other laws. She has taken training in corporate restructuring and corporate governance.
Adv. Neha has actively taken up her responsibility and has been highly disciplined in her work. She is also having very good experience of legal compliance of the various Trusts and Societies.

Mrs. Sukhiya Yadav is working in this company as Executive – Accounts since long time. She has graduated in commerce from Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Shivajinagar & has also completed her Masters in Commerce.
She is currently handling independent portfolio of accounts of our company which includes tax management, salary administration, Investment of funds etc.
She is energetic and always eager to shoulder the additional responsibility in the field of Financial Management of the company. She is indeed providing a strong accounting support and acts as a strong support to the Accounting Department of the Company.
